Large-scale corrugated three-dimensional architectural glass (LIULI) curtain walls represent a high-end façade system that integrates architectural aesthetics, structural safety, and green energy efficiency. This paper innovatively proposes a digital modular installation technology for such systems. By integrating three core methodologies—full-chain digital driving, precision assembly of modular finished products, and a flexible "bottom-supporting and top-hooking" adjustment and locking mechanism—the approach systematically overcomes longstanding challenges including chaotic panel layout, high damage risk during hoisting, and poor alignment accuracy. A safe, efficient, precise, and replicable digital modular installation system is thereby established. For the first time internationally, this technology has been applied at a large scale, covering a total area of 17800 m² with 7240 individual panels. It successfully advances LIULI craftsmanship from interior decoration to architectural curtain wall applications, marking a significant technological leap.References
