To address the high frequency and heavy workload of cargo handling in small and medium-sized logistics warehouses, this paper designs an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) forklift to improve transport efficiency and reduce labor costs. Design calculations are performed for the driving and steering system, shock absorption mechanism, and lifting system of the vehicle. The Center of Gravity (CoG) method is applied to analyze and verify the dynamic and static stability of the AGV forklift under various working environments, ensuring that the designed vehicle meets stability requirements.References
