About the Special Collection
Trends in Social Sciences and Humanities Research (TSSHR) is pleased to announce a call for Guest Editor(s) to lead a forthcoming Special Collection on Digital Transformation and Sustainable Development in Social Sciences and Humanities . We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic scholar to take on the role of Lead Guest Editor , with the option to co-edit with one or two colleagues.
About the Journal
TSSHR is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research across the social sciences, economics, and humanities. The journal is indexed by CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and Google Scholar , ensuring broad visibility and impact for published work.
Guest Editor Responsibilities
As Lead Guest Editor, you will:

Define the scope and focus of the Special Collection in consultation with the editorial office.

Promote the Call for Papers within your professional network and on academic platforms.

Manage the submission and peer-review process (assigned editorial office support will handle administrative and technical tasks).

Make final decisions on manuscript acceptance based on peer-review reports.

Write an editorial introduction summarizing the collection’s contributions and significance.

Eligibility Criteria
We invite applications from scholars who:

Hold a PhD in social sciences, economics, humanities, or related fields.

Have a strong publication record in areas relevant to digital transformation, sustainable development, governance, cultural heritage, or related topics.

Have previous editorial experience (preferred but not required).

Are able to communicate effectively in English (working language).
