This study aims to explore the current participation status and psychological reconstruction mechanisms of members within the amateur female basketball community in Beijing. Through a questionnaire survey of 517 female basketball enthusiasts, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and variance analysis, the study found that: Social support (family, teammates, and community) has a significant positive predictive effect on athletic identity and sports self-efficacy, and effectively weakens gender stereotypes. The study further confirms the chain influence path of "social support → psychological resources → threat reduction," in which the mediating effect of sports self-efficacy is particularly prominent. Furthermore, high-frequency training and active technical display strategies significantly enhance participants' sense of identity and reduce gender-role pressure. This study provides empirical evidence for breaking gender barriers in basketball and constructing equal discourse power for women in sports.References
