Based on the project background of the China Beijing–Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum, and in response to the novel requirement of transitioning LIULI (traditional Chinese architectural glass) from interior decorative objects to building curtain wall applications, this paper presents a systematic summary of the industrialized manufacturing process for architectural LIULI. The objective is to establish a feasible, full-process, high-quality industrialized production methodology for large-scale corrugated three-dimensional LIULI composite curtain wall products, thereby filling the application gap of LIULI in the field of architectural curtain walls. A complete industrial production–processing–inspection pipeline for such products is established for the first time, covering the entire workflow from "raw material mixing → melting → casting → flipping and demolding → annealing → three-stage inspection → mechanical grinding of the back surface → fine grinding of the corrugated surface → cleaning → laminating → acceptance → packaging → transportation → frame assembly." This work successfully advances LIULI craftsmanship from decorative articles to architectural curtain wall technology, achieving an innovative integration of traditional culture and modern building functions.References
